Dr. Amer Al Rawas

Dr. Al Rawas is an experienced transformation thought leader with specialization in technology & innovation. He is a globally recognized Leadership Coach and Keynote Speaker. His hands-on executive leadership experience as CEO of multi-billion dollar listed companies has paved the way for the current consulting & coaching services capitalizing on well-established technologies and tools developed by the Global partners. Dr. Rawas served as the CEO of Omantel amongst other Executive posts in the telecommunications and Oil & Gas sectors and most recently former Group CEO of Tasneea Oil & Gas Technology LLC. He has also served on numerous boards of listed companies and NGO’s locally and regionally. He is currently the Chairman of Solar Wadi, Chairman of Oman Society for Petroleum Services (OPAL) and Chairman of the Industrial Innovation Center (IIC). In his academic capacity, Dr. Rawas is a member of the Oman Education Council, a member at the Oman Academic Accreditation Authority (OAAA) and Dean of IT and Business School at New Vision University (NVU) in Georgia. Dr. Rawas holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Sussex University, UK.



Said Al Habsi

Fellow Electrical Engineering Diploma with 21 years of local and international professional experience including 15 years in Oil and Gas Operations and 6 years in manufacturing. In 1999 Started my career with Transformers Manufacturer in Oman as Testing Engineer. In 2001 joined Schlumberger as Field service specialist Trainee and developed a solid Technical foundation by providing services (Artificial Lift Installation and Well Monitoring) to various Oil filed operators in Oman, UAE, Yemen, and Qatar 5 years later moved to Schamberger office in Muscat as Product champion / Sales involved in supporting sales and operation in Oman. In 2010 moved to Gulf Energy as Sales Manager (Completion and Artificial Lift system) then promoted to General Manger for two start-up business Units, Completion and Artificial Lift unit and workover unit where we increased our workover hoist operation from 2 Units to 8 Units within 3 years. 2015 Promoted to be VP Oman- Operation looking after all Gulf Energy the business units in Oman. Mid of 2016 I got an opportunity to move to Oman Chlorine as CEO (publicly listed company in Oman) with two subsidiaries in GCC (Qatar and UAE) and where a built a strong Knowledge in corporate governance where I am involved in the 3 boards and subcommittee meetings in all the 3 countries. My philosophy is simply based on establishing customer focused plans and ensure disciplined execution andcontinuous alignment of those plans and the direction of the organization with the vision of Shareholders and advising them on critical success factors. Believe in leading, supporting, and facilitating team members in achieving their core objectives to succeed which builds positive teamspirit that leads the overall team to success path.



Saif Al Darai

Saif Said Al Darai is an entrepreneur by his legacy. Having graduated in Master of Business Administration in Business Management from San Diego C A, USA, he is endowed with abundance of business acumen and finesse that he qualifies for the title of a sterling businessman in the region. He is one of the Founder/ Owner and Board member of “Seeh Al Sarya Engineering L.L.C (SAS) & Gulf Fasteners & Metal Industries: SAS is engaged in carrying out Oil and Gas related Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Maintenance work that includes Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Control & Automation, Pipeline works. Gulf Fasteners is a manufacturer, stockholder and distributor of petrochemical grade bolting and special fasteners for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industries. Volunteering and support to National Objective: Mr. Saif has been recognised for volunteering projects in Muscat & Regions in terms of education, tribe, medical, sports and other volunteering jobs. He has been leading SMEs & LCCs developments throughout his career.



Abdullah Al Hinai

Eng. Abdullah Al Hinai has a Master’s degree (MSc) in Engineering Project Management from Bournemouth University (UK), and over 24 years of experience in different fields such as: Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, and Civil Projects. Eng. Abdullah Al-Hinai has served Tabreed Oman well as Projects and Planning Director for more than a decade and has been very instrumental in its growth. As part of the Executive Management team he is responsible for Tabreed Oman image and profitability in the market. Prior to his assignment with Tabreed Oman, Eng. Abdullah did work in the Oil and Gas Industry as an Equipment’s Engineer in MB Petroleum Services. Personally, Eng. Abdullah Al Hinai is interested in Networking, Public Communications and Relations and learning new things.



Abdullah Al Naimi

Chief Financial Officer, SMN Power Holding SAOG


Currently working as the Group Chief Financial Position (CFO) of SMN Power Holding SAOG, a group of Companies operating in the Power generation and water desalination in Oman. As the CFO of the group, I am leading the finance division of the group which requires significant management and leadership skills and competencies to ensure the best possible outcomes are explored and secured. Mr Al Naimi is chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountant in Ireland which is among the top 10 Institutes of Chartered Accountants globally. Holder of a master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from Michael Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, Ireland, 2003. have over 20 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, Financial Management and Financial Reporting with significant exposure to different sectors and have worked in different countries. I began my career with KPMG in UK and Ireland in 2003 in the Financial Services Group of the firm. He then Joined State Street International in UK and Ireland in 2009 as a Senior Manager in the Finance Division of the firm providing financial and compliance services to global institutional investors. He subsequently took up senior finance positions as a Finance Director and a Chief Financial Officer in different Corporations in Oman. He played a leading role in several strategic finance and business activities and initiatives including corporate/project financing, business restructuring, merger evaluation in addition to other financial and business planning and development activities.


Mohammed Al-Naabi

Mr. Mohammed Al-Naabi brings extensive experience and success in his field. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University and has 15 years of experience working in Oman, the USA, and Germany in both the Oil and Gas and Logistics Industries.
